What we do - How we help

Our Non-Profit Services

Therapy

We work with individuals, families, and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, crisis, self-esteem, trauma, abuse, and relationship needs. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered approaches, mindfulness, and behavior analysis.

Coaching

We offer coaching for individuals, families and parents. Psychological coaching is a process that aims to help clients achieve concrete goals, identify and overcome obstacles to well-being and performance, and build skills that may be interfering with their success.

Psychiatry

We offer Psychiatric care focused on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mental, emotional and behavioral disorders. A psychiatrist is a medical doctor (an M.D. or D.O.) who specializes in mental health, including substance use disorders. Psychiatrists are qualified to assess both the mental and physical aspects of psychological problems. The problems can be sudden, such as a panic attack, frightening hallucinations, thoughts of suicide, or hearing "voices." Or they may be more long-term, such as feelings of sadness, hopelessness, or anxiousness that never seem to lift or problems functioning, causing everyday life to feel distorted or out of control.
